One of the best ways to reduce your weight is to cut down on the amount you eat. It sounds simplistic, but if you look at two of the most common weight loss medical treatments, they are stomach banding and stomach balloon inflation. Both serve the one purpose – to reduce how much food you can eat by reducing the actual size of the stomach.
There are downsides to this. If you are really thirsty and want to drink several glasses of water, forget it, there’s simply no room. This can lead to dehydration if not controlled properly. There are some diet products around, and hoodia is just one of them, that are designed to chemically do a similar job – they simply tell the brain you don’t need to eat, so you don’t. Because you don’t feel hungry, you don’t eat anywhere near as much. The end result, you slowly and naturally lose weight. You will still need to watch your nutrition levels and hydration, but you will lose weight.
If you getting on in years then you’ll understand when I say that the only case a blackberry ever needed was a pastry case – and plenty of cream. The younger generation would look at me and think me mad. Today’s blackberry’s are not fruit and they certainly wouldn’t go well wrapped in pastry. No, a blackberry now is a telephone, a mobile telephone at that.
Once you purchase your new blackberry, you will need to find someway to protect it. Let’s face it, they are not cheap and you want them to last for as long as possible – well, at least 12 months until the next model arrives. The best protection is a blackberry case that has been made specifically for your handset. There are a few different styles and materials available – none of them pastry based. I am sure their competitors would prefer you did wrap them in pastry. For me, I prefer the good old fashioned blackberry.
Creating a home theater has been a dream of mine for a long time. A large wide screen LED television, full surround sound with complete blackout capability – and that’s just for starters. There are plenty of options available when it comes to home theater seating, but what about the kids?
Well, it seems that even the kids are catered for when it comes to home theater seating and they look pretty good too. They are just as functional as the full size seats but designed for the younger generation. Now I can put together a home theater, with all the trapping. The basement is the perfect place, it easy to black out, and easy to prepare. Time to start work I think.
Baby sitters have been in the news a lot just recently with claims they have abused the children in their care. At the same time, some of these baby sitters are turning things around and accusing of the parents of abusing their children, and then blaming the baby sitter. It’s reached a stage where parents who are doing the right thing need to install surveillance cameras to record everything that occurs while they are away.
Society has changed and changed for the worse. We used to be able to trust our baby sitters, but today, it’s hard to find anyone worth trusting. I think one of the problems in some areas has been the regulations behind the baby sitting industry. In some areas, it is illegal to employ the teen next door to look after your children, yet they are most likely the people you can trust. Employing a stranger from an agency is rife with problems. Yep – install a camera and catch them in the act – provides you with protection as well should they claim your at fault.
Okay kids – are you reading this closely? I have come across some really cool looking superhero cuff links and I reckon they would make a wonderful gift for someone’s superhero dad this Christmas. I’m not hinting or anything, but could I suggest you get dad cuff links this year instead of more socks – I kinda have enough of them already.
You know, the Internet is fantastic idea. Here I am, writing my blog, and I can leave little messages for my kids to read. Well, I hope you get my Santa wish for this year – cuff links – I know you’re young and you don’t really know what they are, but trust me, I do need them, and those superhero ones are way cool.
